The Klein High School Academic UIL team placed first at district competition in March and won the Region 2 contest April 14.

During the Region contest at Baylor University, Johnathan Galang, Logan Baker, Robert Deacon, and Thomas Ye placed first in LD Debate, Ready Writing, and Social Studies, and Math respectively. In addition, the Science and Social Teams also placed first and will move on to the State competition in May in Austin.
