Students competed this past weekend at the district 13-5A UIL academic meet. Earning first, second, or third place gave students the opportunity to advance to regionals which will be held in Waco on May 2-3.

28 students placed at districts on March 21 and 22, and 14 will be going to regionals making Klein the overall winner of the meet.

“The fact that Klein continues to produce not only students with character, but students who strive for academic excellens is really exciting. We get to continue Klein High School’s legacy of excellence,” Assistant Principal Alicia Eichhorn, overseer of UIL Academics, said.
